Health, Nutrition, and Community Outreach Programs and Services

Suburban Hospital is committed to providing quality programs and services to promote health and wellness in the community and at worksites. Whether you have a specific health concern or just want to stay in good health and prevent disease, we have a program for you. Our programs will increase health awareness, build important skills, and motivate participants to take charge of their health.

Classes and events are available in Nutrition, Lifestyle Management, Physical Fitness, Cancer Care, Health and Safety, Diabetes Management, and more. We also regularly hold health screenings and support groups for specific medical conditions.

Suburban Hospital also has a Speaker's Bureau with medical professionals available to speak to your group on a wide range of health topics. This free community service can be arranged by calling 301.896.3939, press option 2.
